The New A. Lange & Söhne Saxonia: Oh So Thin!

A. Lange & Söhne‘s famous Saxonia line is ever-growing! The thinnest member of the family, the Saxonia Thin, introduced in 2011, perpetuated the traditional characteristics of its lineage with lucid sleekness and radiant elegance. And in its thinnest timepiece to date, the Saxonia Thin now encompasses the key facets of a Lange watch in a minuscule height of 5.9mm. Initially launched in January 2016, the pink gold or white gold watch is now available in two case sizes: 37mm or 40mm.

Five years after its debut, the graceful two-hand watch sees its dial subtly reworked to reflect the current design of the Saxonia family. The baton-style solid gold hour markers have been slightly extended and moved closer to the bezel, giving the solid-silver dial a more remarkable importance.

Both the pink and white gold versions are powered by the extremely thin (2.9mm) manually wound calibre L093.1 movement, with the Lange-typical finissage of all parts.
