The celebration kicked-off with Hublot CEO Ricardo Guadalupe, Hublot Bal Harbour Boutique Partner Rick de la Croix, Mr. Brainwash and special guest
Eva Longoria unveiled the installation to the public for the first time, while guests were invited to enjoy cocktails and canapés, and browse the artwork and the Hublot timepieces on display.
The event culminatedwith Ricardo Guadalupe and Mr. Brainwash presenting a piece of art to the Desperate Housewives star to benefit he charity, the Eva Longoria Foundation, to which Mr. Guadalupe said: “We are thrilled to join together with our friend Eva Longoria to celebrate Mr. Brainwash here in Miami during the country’s premiere contemporary art week… We are excited to continue our relationship with this great artist, and to honor him here today.”
Mr. Brainwash is a big figure on the art scene, known as being the artist behind Madonna’s “Celebration” album cover, the director of David Guetta and Nicky Romero’s “Metropolis” video, the star of Banksy’s celebrated film “Exit Through the Gift Shop” and for his work with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Hublot has fortified its Art of Fusion and love of art and luxury through this partnership, proving it is not only an advocate of music and sports, but also a patron of the arts.
