A 23 year veteran of Costa Coffee, the former barista turned Master of Coffee, Gennaro’s master class covered a broad range of subjects within Costa’s realm of coffee expertise, from how to taste and distinguish high quality coffee, what constitutes the perfect cup as well as how Costa’s Mocha Italia blend, which only uses 1% of the best beans from around the world, finds its way from the farms in South America and Africa to over a 100 stores in the UAE.
Gennaro, visiting the UAE for the first time, said: “I would like to thank Costa Coffee UAE for bringing me out to this magnificent country to share my expertise and lifelong passion for Costa coffee with the UAE’s biggest coffee fans and aficionados. It’s been a huge pleasure for me to share my knowledge with the UAE as well as meet so many Costa Coffee fans.”

During his visit to the UAE, Gennaro will also give a masterclass to customers at Costa Coffee’s Dnata outlet on 8th October as well as meet and give some further insider tips to Costa’s leading UAE baristas at Costa in Emirates’ headquarters.
