The skills, abilities and knowledge of the concierge teams for 5-star hotels in Dubai were assessed and awarded to help motivate and improve hospitality services and standards for the tourism industry. 100 hotels participated in the competition where they were evaluated through a process over a course of 2 months. The phases included a mystery guest visit to the hotel, Q&A sessions and workshop presentations in the Dubai Police Club.
Sofitel The Palm Dubai was also part of 5 finalists for “The Best Concierge Team of the Year” award.
