Staying true to the brand essence, “All That Sass,” will offer diners a stunning 5-course menu prepared by Executive Chef, Alexander Stumpf that exudes decadence and opulence with its truffles & caviar options, all whilst enjoying the amazing views of the midnight Burj Khalifa fireworks from the terrace.
“All That Sass” suits the plush and opulent locale as one can imagine being transported back in time to the bygone era of unprecedented affluence synonymous with the decade long party of the ‘Roaring Twenties.”
Guests can feast on a menu specifically prepared for the evening, which includes a choice of dishes made with caviar and truffles, in addition to the venue’s signature specialties and desserts. Some signature menu highlights include: Sassa Beef Carpaccio with shaved black period winter truffle, Hamachi & salmon tartar with caviar, whole grilled sea beam with cherry tomato sauce, black blue lobster with micro herbs and garlic chips and an assortment of Sass Café’s delectable desserts.
As a keepsake for the evening, guests will be gifted with a pearl caviar spoon and truffle to remember “All That Sass”, ending 2014 in style.
