The HOUSE of HARRY WINSTON celebrates the REOPENING of its historic Flagship Salon on AVENUE MONTAIGNE

“Beyond the brilliance of its diamonds, one of the most beautiful things about Harry Winston is its incredible heritage. As the brand continues to grow, it is more important than ever that we continue to protect the beloved traditions of the House, not only by creating the most extraordinary jewels, but by also creating extraordinary environments for our clients to experience them in,” said Nayla Hayek, CEO of Harry Winston, Inc. “Through the renovation and reopening of our Avenue Montaigne salon, we further our commitment to preserving the legacy of the House, and strengthen the link between our precious history and promising future.”

Located at 29 Avenue Montaigne, the grand salon has been home to Harry Winston’s Paris showrooms since the early 1960s, when Mr. Winston relocated his business to the pristine townhouse space. Stepping inside the walls of the Avenue Montaigne salon was like a journey back in time, to a bygone era of true luxury and ultimate refinement. Envisioned as the perfect complement to the Fifth Avenue flagship in New York, the salon’s interior was meticulously designed to capture the intimacy and elegance of a private estate, with pristine marble floors, glistening chandeliers, soaring archways, and a sweeping wrought-iron staircase enlivened with rich gold accents.

These original architectural elements remain richly preserved throughout the renovated interior, which seamlessly blends the House’s heritage with a contemporary glamour. A color palette of soft taupe, grey and iconic Winston blue defines the warmth and serenity of the space, while custom designed furniture in rich lacquer, antiqued bronze, and sumptuous silks reflect a variation on traditional Winston style. The two-story layout has been redesigned and reconfigured with expanded fine jewelry and timepiece galleries, to better showcase the House’s timeless creations, and luxurious private selling rooms to ensure the discreet and highly personalized shopping experience the House is known for.

To commemorate the grand reopening, the House will present its most spectacular diamond creations, from the iconic Winston Cluster to intricate high-jewelry timepieces to exemplary pieces inspired by the Harry Winston Archives.
