image004Those looking to channel their inner Christian Louboutin can get creative with Footwear Design; the course will introduce students to the art of designing shoes and through a project brief they will learn about research, customer profiling, drawing and presentation. A combination of lectures and workshops will focus on the development of story boards, range building, decoding trends and predictions.

Fresh from his session as key-note speaker for the second time at Fashion Forward 3, successful London based journalist and Editor Paul Tierney will be presenting Fashion Journalism: Print vs. Digital. If you enjoy writing, the world of blogging, have an appetite for reporting on people or see yourself as a lifestyle journalist, this fast paced and exciting course will provide you with a practical introduction to fashion journalism and an insight into the industry at large.

image005Fashion Drawing is a practical course that will start building up your confidence with a pencil and paper. Students will learn how to draw a fashion figure, sketch garments, and seamlessly combine figures with clothing, finishing the course with a collection of work for their portfolio. Tutor Ana Stankovic-Fitzgerald is a practicing illustrator and has had freelance commissions published online, in magazines, books, as advertisements and in corporate literature.
