The Act Dubai reinstated its popular dinner show SHOWTIME! as
of May 12 and for a limited time only. The concept offers guests a “behind the scenes” glance at the intricacies behind a theatre production, its obstacles, personalities and drama, while enjoying the delicious dinner menu. The show brings forth The Act’s creative performance team of international talents and presents Dubai’s own repertoire of talent, demonstrating its strength as an entertainment venue in this competitive region. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the curtain will fall at 8:30 pm to reveal a pool of quirky and fun acts to intrigued guests.

duo Art Department and BMI UAE brand ambassador British DJ Richy Ahmed, back for his second set this year after his acclaimed performance on New Year’s Eve. Ahmed has pioneered a new breed of British DJs and is redefining house music by inserting subtle hints of disco, techno, funk and hip-hop. Asia Asia is welcoming back Latin music legends Mario and Georges Reyes on May 28 for another flaming evening reviving old Gipsy Kings hits including ‘Djobi, Djoba’, ‘Bamboleo’ and ‘Volare’. From country town Texas where they performed at Eva Longoria’s 40th birthday party to the spice route at Dubai’s Asia Asia, the popular duo will bring hot vibes and dance moves to fans of Latin music.

Karma Kafé on May 29th, before the pan-Asian restaurant and lounge located in Souq Al Bahar closes for refurbishment this June.
