For culinary genius set to woo all, Chef Benjamin Whatt of the Inspirational Asian Fine Dining restaurant Quest has created a special one-off concept menu celebrating Valentine’s Day based on the theme of “The First Date”. “The First Date” five course menu includes: an Amuse titled “Butterflies in the Stomach”, Starter titled “The Valentine’s Gift”, followed by a Main titled “The Candle Lit Dinner”, a Pre-Dessert titled “Burning Passion” and concludes with Dessert described as “Watching the Sunrise”. The gourmet celebration is priced at AED 550 per person (plus 10% Service Charge and 6% Tourism Fee), and includes complimentary glass of quality bubbles.
