STUDIO DU CHEF – French Cuisine
The signature French restaurant, Studio du Chef is a bar and restaurant combined. Guests can watch experienced chefs conjure up modern French cuisine on the strategically placed LCD screens throughout the restaurant and indulge in the trendy ambience of the bar and terrace, or enjoy wine suggestions by the sommelier.
Dinner with Celebrity Chef Jean Pierre Vigato
Celebrity chef, Jean Pierre Vigato, is spreading his aroma to the Middle East. He is renowned for his cuisine as grand chef of two Michelin Starred Apicius restaurant, one of Paris’s finest, and will be coming to Sofitel The Palm Dubai to prepare an extraordinary menu of excellence.
He will be present and interactive with guests at the hotel on March 11. The menu will be comprised of 5 courses created by the chef himself, using only the best ingredients sourced by gourmet food importer “Répertoire Culinaire”.

Cooking Classes
Educate yourself in the culinary arts by taking a class that will boost your cooking confidence. You can rely on the chef’s expertise and learn from the best. The class will take place every third Tuesday of the month at 10:00am. You can learn and eat a three course meal at the chef’s table for AED 270.
A maximum of 10 people can attend so don’t think twice about booking a space!
“Trust the Chef” Menu
Trust the Chef and let him guide you on a culinary journey, where the menu will change on a daily basis based on the chef’s creativeness and ingredients available on the day. Available daily and priced at AED 475 for a five-course menu. Adding AED 250 will allow you to pair the menu with wine recommendations from the sommelier.
French Grand Classics Evenings
Feast on French classics, such as blanquette de veau, bœuf bourguignon, pot au feu and choucroute at the French Grand Classics Evenings every Sunday and Monday.
Priced at AED 250 for a three-course set menu. The menu will change every month.
Cheese and Wine Bar Nights
Spoil yourself every Tuesday as Studio du Chef Bar takes you on a cheese and wine journey! Aficionados will relish in the selection of over 30 artisan French cheeses paired with selected grapes. Priced at AED 175 per person with house wines, or AED 250 with a premium wine selection.
PORTERHOUSE – Steaks & Grills
Porterhouse, the signature steak restaurant offers a bar for pre-dinner drinks and guests can indulge in cuts of Prime American, Grass Fed Irish or French Charolais, all complemented with the finer touches of French elegance. A live cooking station and open wine cabinet will delight with their interactive offerings.
Ribs
Porterhouse is diversifying its menu and giving you a month full of ribs running parallel to its regular A la Carte menu. The ribs will consist of global tastes. Four different rib cuts will all be cooked in different styles that represent four continents from across the globe.
The ‘Baby Back Rib’ will be cooked to perfection with a Polynesian taste. The 250 day grain fed short ribs or sticky short ribs will be served with Japanese yaki sauce and the classic US prime Barell cut as well as the lamb ribs will be cooked in a Korean “Tangy and Sour” style.
Party Grill
Perfect for sharing on the terrace; Party Grills incorporate six different cuts of meat cooked in four different styles. Choose from tenderloin, ribeye, striploin, lamb chops, crispy lamb ribs or hanger steak, along with your choice of side dish and side sauce. Available daily and priced at AED 620 for two people, with a minimum of two people sharing.
HONG LOONG – Chinese Cuisine
Hong Loong, the signature Chinese restaurant transports you to China with its bright red and gold interior. The restaurant features authentic tea rituals and even has a dedicated ‘spicy’ menu.
Dim Sum Brunch
Dim Sum is a bite-sized delicacy that originated in southern Chinese teahouses where drinking tea was developed into a ritual. Enjoy a selection of dim sum served in a steamed basket that will be replenished throughout the afternoon.
Unlimited dim sum is available every Saturday from 12pm to 2:30pm and is priced at AED 150 per person including tea and AED 240 per person including house beverages.
Live Seafood
Enjoy a wide array of delectable seafood, such as crab, scallops and shrimp throughout the month of March with the specially themed seafood menu.
MOANA – Seafood
Meaning ocean in Tahitian, Moana lives up to its name by offering the freshest seafood paired with the finest ingredients. The restaurant prides itself on offering only sustainable sea fare.
Canadian Lobster Menu
If you’re crazy about everything lobster, Moana is the place to be. Feast on a lobster-themed menu featuring lobster ceviche, lobster ravioli, lobster bisque and lobster thermidor. Priced at AED 590 per person.
ROMANTIC CABANA DINNERS
Romance is in the air with exclusive and private dinners in the cabanas located by the beach. Take in the view of the palm while enjoying grilled jumbo shrimp, lamb shank and fish harra. Romantic cabana dinners are limited to five couples and are priced at AED 550 per person plus beverages.

Meaning welcome in Tahitian, Manava invites guests to experience The Grand Brunch. The extensive international brunch buffet sets the tone as you commence on your culinary journey through the signature delicacies from each of the six restaurants: Porterhouse, Moana, Studio du Chef, Hong Loong, Bottega and the Maui Beach Restaurant & Bar.
For those with children, qualified child minders offer you peace of mind while entertaining the little ones with face painting, crafts and games. There is even a separate and dedicated buffet for them.
