The restaurant is also offering a festive feast for family and friends to share and enjoy. Inspired by the Lam Tsuen Wishing Trees in Hong Kong, Hakkasan is inviting guests to share their wishes and hopes for 2015 by writing their thoughts on red wishing ribbons that will be hung throughout the restaurant during the Chinese New Year period.
Hakkasan’s limited edition menu created by International Executive Chef Ho Chee Boon features a selection of acclaimed signature dishes as well as a contemporary interpretations of Chinese dishes. The signature menu includes Golden Fried Soft Shell Crab, Stir-fry Rib Eye Beef With Black Pepper Sauce, Grilled Chilean seabass With Chinese Honey and the Kumquat Wishing Tree: chocolate, caramelised macadamia and cocoa rocks.
Both the wish collection and signature menu are available until March 1.
