Dubai’s Favorite Rivington Grill Officially Opens Doors at Madinat Jumeirah

The restaurant is set on three floors and has three separate outdoor terraces, each equipped with its own outdoor seating area. One can even rent the top terrace for a private event that boasts views of the Burj Al Arab as well as the Madinat waterways.

The Rivington Grill is a casual dining restaurant whose idea roots itself in the area of Shoreditch, London which is famed for its galleries, artists and designers. The Rivington Grill Madinat Jumeirah is managed by James Worthington and acclaims the noted Simon James Conboy as its executive chef. Both these minds behind the concept and execution of Rivington Grill have succeeded in creating an establishment that packages excellent food with prime service, while being affordable and welcoming to many.

The cuisine at Rivington is resolutely British but also prides itself on using both local produce from artisan suppliers as well as international suppliers. The interior is one which is simple yet quirky. Designed by the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki, also responsible for The Ivy – Dubai, the original Rivington Grill, as well as a host of international venues including Le Caprice New York and Cecconi’s in Hollywood, is indisputable for one that favors a clean minimalistic atmosphere. The tables are dressed in white with canteen style cutlery, the walls are whitewashed with touches of the famous Rivington blue and funky neon artworks that acclaim quotes bordered by wooden panelling, and the servers wear jeans and black shirts which all fit into the casual dining atmosphere.

Although revered for its excellent service and award winning cuisine, the Rivington is far from a fine-dining-feel establishment. It is a restaurant that boasts excellent food and beverages whilst proving great service that isn’t too imposing.

The Rivington Bar is comfortable and approachable, while proving miniature versions of the Rivington’s most popular a la carte dishes including the haddock fishcake and Rivington Burger cooked to order by the Executive Chef, Simon Conboy.

The Rivington Grill encourages customers to come in to enjoy all aspects of their dining atmosphere. Whether it is for their rock oyster appetizers, Barnsley lamp chop entrée, or one of their in house made cakes, as they cater to the restaurant goer and foodie alike.
