The night the everyone was waiting for finally happened and what a night it was at Caramel.
For one night only, Halloween night to be more specific, Caramel transformed into haven for superheroes and villains, as the theme of the evening suggested – even their staff were dressed up for the occasion in superheroes and villain costumes.
The goth-like spooky decoration welcomed Caramel regulars who came in dressed in their special costumes. The evening was a blast. Everyone enjoyed the eery atmosphere while dining, drinking, mingling and spooking each other – Caramel definitely enjoyed a Halloween experience.
The best part of the evening was that a judge panel of five people, including myself, were asked to choose the best seven costumes of the night. Results were fair, especially that the crowd played a role in choosing the winners with us.
First prize winner received 5000AED in cash, which he automatically donated to a charity; while the 1st runner-up won an iPad2; Beats by DRE were given to the 3rd, 4th and 5th place winners; and iPod nanos the 6th and 7th place winners.
