Arabian Travel Market: Dubai Remains the Hub

Arabian Travel Market (ATM), which took place in Dubai, is the travel and tourism event unlocking business potential within the Middle East for inbound and outbound tourism professionals. Tourism destinations from the Middle East and around the world showcase a diverse range of accommodation options, breathtaking tourism attractions and new airline routes.

This year ATM hosted the region’s and world’s most popular brands, including B2B brands such a Travel Ports, and many others.

Most of the Arab countries were present with many of their Holiday tours companies, airlines as well as their Ministry of Tourism. What grabbed our attention was the presence of Arab countries in political crisis –  like Tunisia, Egypt, Bahrain.

World class hotels with regional presence were also there, including Fairmont, Ritz Carlton, Atlantis, Movenpick, Marriott among others.

ATM 2011 proved one more time that Dubai is still a business hub for the region welcoming huge exhibitions, attracting high attendees from all over the world.
